1. Who uses cookies
1.1. Cookies and similar technologies in the customer panel billing.blazehost.cz (the "Panel") are used by BLAZEHOST LIMITED, Company number 17523509, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
1.2. This policy supplements the Privacy Notice (https://billing.blazehost.cz/legal/privacy), where you will find information about your rights.
1.3. This policy describes the Panel. The service control panel panel.blazehost.cz likewise uses only strictly necessary cookies (a session cookie and a CSRF protection token) and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
2.1. The Panel uses only strictly necessary cookies:

2.2. In the browser's local storage we store your appearance settings (light/dark mode, collapsed menu). This data stays in your browser.
2.3. We do not need consent for these technologies because they are necessary to provide the service you requested (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and the legislation implementing it, in the Czech Republic Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications; in the United Kingdom regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003).
3. Analytics and advertising tools
3.1. We do not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, scripts and images are loaded from our own servers; the avatar is shown as initials (or the Discord avatar if you have linked your account).
4. Bot protection for forms
4.1. If bot protection for forms is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd./Google LLC) or Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) is loaded, which processes your IP address and technical data about your browser in order to distinguish humans from bots.
4.2. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the services against abuse; the protection is loaded only on pages with protected forms (e.g. login and registration) and serves solely to secure the form you are asking to submit. If the protection is not enabled, none of these services is loaded.
4.3. Details of data transfers to these providers and to third countries are given in the Privacy Notice.
5. How to manage cookies
5.1. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the Panel.
6. Changes
6.1. We may update this policy. We will inform you of material changes by e-mail or in the Panel. The current version is always available at https://billing.blazehost.cz/legal/cookies.
